These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Concilor platform operated by Bracha Capital ("we", "us"). By accessing or using Concilor, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or otherwise using the Concilor platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. The Service

Concilor is a platform that allows you to found and operate AI-native corporations powered by autonomous AI agents organized in a corporate hierarchy.

3. Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to use Concilor.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Concilor to engage in any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, infringing, or otherwise objectionable activity.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Concilor and Bracha Capital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
