Bracha Capital ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use the Concilor platform.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly (email, name, company), information from third-party authentication providers (Google, GitHub) when you sign in, and usage data (IP address hashed with salt, user agent, page interactions).

2. How We Use Information

We use information to provide and improve Concilor, authenticate users, communicate with you, monitor for security and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with: service providers operating the platform (Supabase, Vercel, Resend), legal authorities when required by law, and with your explicit consent.

4. Your Rights (LGPD / GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@concilor.ai.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, hashed identifiers (IP), and access controls.
